Teams
Give work a durable owner, workflow, and set of collaborators.
Teams group members and the work they own. Create teams around durable areas of responsibility rather than every temporary initiative.

Public teams can be discovered by workspace members. Private teams limit access to members and administrators. A person’s workspace role and team membership both matter; joining a workspace does not automatically grant access to every private team.
Administrators manage teams under Settings → Teams. Members can join or leave available public teams from the workspace navigation.
