What is FortyOne?
A workspace for turning goals, requests, and decisions into deliverable work.
FortyOne is a planning and delivery workspace for teams that want the reason behind the work to stay visible. It brings goals, requests, plans, day-to-day execution, and scheduling into one connected system.
It is not tied to one department or one type of project. Teams use FortyOne for campaigns, software delivery, customer escalations, field work, public programs, cross-functional operations, and company-wide priorities.
Where it helps
| When your team is trying to… | FortyOne helps you… |
|---|---|
| choose what to do next | compare goals, requests, priority, capacity, and timing |
| explain why work matters | link delivery work back to objectives, requests, and decisions |
| plan without overloading people | estimate effort and reserve focus time around calendar commitments |
| keep tools in sync | connect code, conversations, designs, and calendars to the work |
| understand progress | see ownership, workflow state, dates, blockers, and outcome health together |
You can start with a small workflow and add structure as the team grows. FortyOne does not require every team to use the same labels, workflow, or terminology.
