Sprints
Make a time-boxed delivery commitment for one team.
A sprint groups the work a team intends to complete during a fixed window. Your workspace may rename sprints to cycles or iterations.
Plan a sprint
| Check | Question |
|---|---|
| Priority | Is this the most important work for the period? |
| Ownership | Does every committed item have an owner? |
| Capacity | Does the estimate fit the team’s available time? |
| Dependencies | Is anything blocked by another team or decision? |
| Outcome | Is the work connected to a clear objective or customer need? |
Move unfinished work deliberately at the end of the sprint. Carrying everything forward without review hides capacity and priority problems.
Use the sprint view for the commitment and workflow. Use workload and calendar views when you need to understand whether individual people can realistically fit the work around existing commitments.
